BUYER: The customer placing the order (according to the information provided in the order).
Article 2 - Subject
The subject of this agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and delivery of the goods/services with the qualifications specified in the contract, which the BUYER ordered electronically from the SELLER's website.
Article 3 - Information on the Goods/Services Subject to the Contract
The basic characteristics of the goods/services, cash sales price, payment method, and delivery conditions have been communicated to the BUYER along with the order.
Article 4 - General Provisions
- The BUYER accepts, declares, and undertakes that they have read and understood all preliminary information regarding the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method, and delivery of the goods subject to the contract, and have provided the necessary confirmation electronically.
- The SELLER accepts and undertakes to deliver the goods subject to the contract completely, in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, and with any warranty certificates and user manuals, if applicable.
- If the goods subject to the contract are to be delivered to a person other than the BUYER, the SELLER cannot be held responsible if the person to whom the delivery is made does not accept the delivery.
Article 5 - Right of Withdrawal
The BUYER has the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the goods/services subject to the contract to themselves or to the person/entity at the address indicated, without incurring any legal or criminal liability and without stating any reason.
Article 6 - Products for Which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:
- Products prepared/produced specifically for the individual
- Products that spoil quickly or may expire
- Products that cannot be returned after being opened (e.g., hygiene products)
- Services performed instantly in electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer (software, code, digital content)
- Audio or video recordings (CD, DVD, etc.) after being opened
- Periodicals (newspapers, magazines)
Article 7 - Dispute Resolution
In the implementation of this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees up to the value declared by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, and Consumer Courts in the place of residence of the BUYER or SELLER are authorized.
This agreement was drawn up on 26.07.2026 and concluded electronically.
